Land Development Control Fees

The Land Development Control Fees are collected based on the type and size of development and are non-refundable. There is also a cost of $15 for Application Forms. The following fee schedule was determined according to regulations by the Minister as provided for in the Physical Planning and Development Control Act # 25 (2002).

These regulations may be cited as the LAND DEVELOPMENT CONTROL (FEES) REGULATIONS, 2002 which have replaced The Land Development (Fee Structure) Regulations 1991.

The Physical Planning and Development Authority is the authority that supervises the implementation of the Physical Planning and Development Control Act # 23 (2016) which makes provisions for the control of physical development, the preparation of physical plans for Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinque and the protection of the natural and cultural heritage.
